Dr. Poonam Madan, Principal of this Institute is a renowned personality in the field of Education who has been diligently involved in the field of teacher education for the past 22 years. She has been honoured as Shreshtha Gurujan Award-2009 by Jyoti Vidyapeeth University in 2009 and Pragya Bharti Award by BMMV College in 2011,excellent teacher award by Bharat utthaan Nyaas,Poorv kulpati Prof HN Mishra Rashtriya puruskaar,Educator of the year 2023 by NICE,shikshak sammaan byMuskaraaye India,Certificate of Appreciation by NAWO.Besides having an excellent academic career, she has also earned a name as an eminent writer too. She has written 59 text books for B.Ed students which are being recommended by various universities ie. UP - Hazaribagh, Meerut, Poorvanchal, Lucknow, Ranchi, Gorakhpur, Hariyana, Delhi, Allahabad etc, . She has also written 6 books for B.A. students and 3 books for competitive exams too. Besides this, She has also written reference books in Home science and a faster series for B.Ed. students and faster notes for psychology students too.

Moreover, she has participated and presented in 29 national and 6 international conferences, seminars too. She has participated in more than 32 workshops at national/Local level too. She has been invited as Resource person/key note person/chief speaker/main speaker/subject Expert at various UGC sponsored National seminars/Educational programs in various colleges. Her, 34 Research papers and articles have been published in Reputed National and international journals (ISSN and ISBN no.) and presently she is also working as subject Expert in Editorial boards of 4 journals.she has made much contribution in resesrch too.8 research scholars have been awarded in Education by himalayan university and 2 as a co-guideship in Sainath university Besides this she has evaluated more than 25 thesis of kalinga university and mire than 25 theses of LNMU,muzzafarpur university. IN 2012, college has got NAAC Accreditation under her co ordinatorship and has got B+ grade by Peer Team. She has also been a advisor for NAAC inspection for two colleges.
